Secondary Location: San Diego CA
Salary Range: $118560 - $126800 (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Full-Time Hybrid or On-Site

HireNow Staffing is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee critical engineering and infrastructure projects across Los Angeles and San Diego. This opportunity is ideal for a driven professional with strong leadership communication and technical project delivery skills.
As Project Manager youll lead multi-disciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle from planning and design to execution and close-out. Your work will directly impact transportation municipal and environmental infrastructure projects that serve communities across Southern California.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning coordination and execution of public infrastructure and civil engineering projects

Manage project scope schedule and budget with a focus on quality and client satisfaction

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients consultants and regulatory agencies

Oversee project documentation compliance and reporting

Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of collaboration and technical excellence
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in civil engineering Construction Management or related field

Professional Engineering (PE) license or PMP certification preferred

7 years of project management experience in civil infrastructure or related sectors

Strong proficiency in project management tools and software (MS Project AutoCAD Civil 3D)

Experience working with municipal agencies and public sector clients
