As a BDC you will;
- Support the Business Development team with special projects including identifying bid sources and creating call lists.
- Identify prospective customers by reviewing construction reports setting up web alerts and reading newspaper articles.
- Manage customer inquiries by handling incoming calls and web chats and responding to email inquiries.
- Use SalesForce to maintain a daily record of activities document lead notes and keep the account up-to-date.

Required Skills
What we are looking for;
- A Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Outlook and Internet.
- Proficiency in using a CRM System () and ability to identify and extract relevant data and create usable business reports is a plus.
- Must have strong reasoning abilities sound judgment strong listening skills resourcefulness and follow through skills. Must be detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy.
