Scope of Work
Serves in the Lead capacity for Clinical Program Specialist. Responsibility for coordinating the services provided by multiple disciplines within and outside the health system. Exercises independent judgment in the assessment diagnosis initiation of selected protocols/procedures. Provides educational support for patients/significant others health team members and the community and coordinates evaluation practices to measure outcomes of programs.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent Required.
Masters degree or equivalent Preferred
5 years of relevant experience required
