Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented MarTech Implementation Specialist (m/f/d) with a strong background in digital analytics and marketing attribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy consistency and reliability of tracking implementations across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics Adjust and attribution platforms like Exactag as well as a passion for data quality troubleshooting and collaborative problem-solving skills.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You plan implement and maintain web and app tracking tags
- You implement and manage marketing attribution models within Exactag and monitor campaign performance
- You conduct regular audits and QA checks to confirm data accuracy and consistency and maintain comprenhensive documentation of analytics setup and processes
- You generate regular reports on key performance metrics and translate complex data into actionable insights for a non-technical audience
- You partner with marketing product and tech teams and provide training and guidance to team members
- You ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Academic Background You have a Bachelors degree in Marketing Computer Science Data Analytics or any related field
- Experience You have several years of experience in digital marketing tag management and/or marketing automation
- Expertise You have the ability to design and implement tracking strategies that accurately measure website and in-app user behavior
- Tools You are certified in Google Analytics Adjust or similar platforms and bring good understanding of web development basics (HTML CSS JavaScript) as well as mobile app frameworks
- Language You are fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
