Job Description
The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for the correct use of CNC machining centers performing equipment and raw block loading unloading of finished components and dimensional inspections based on technical drawings. The role involves close collaboration with the production team to ensure compliance with quality standards and production deadlines.
Load raw materials and equipment into CNC machining centers.
Unload finished parts in accordance with internal procedures.
Perform dimensional checks using measuring instruments and technical drawings.
Fill in production documentation accurately.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams in case of anomalies or defects.
Continuously monitor machining parameters and promptly report any issues.
Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and production efficiency.
Qualifications :
Technical and Operational
Understanding of CNC machine operation.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical/technical drawings.
Skilled in using measuring tools (calipers micrometers dial gauges etc.).
Basic knowledge of CNC programming (a plus).
Behavioral
