LanguageCert is transforming how learners around the world prepare for English language certification. We are seeking a hands-on Head of Learning to lead the design development and implementation of scalable online learning solutionsintegrated with our world-class assessments and tailored to meet evolving learner needs.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a vision and strategy for online learning within the high-stakes English language assessment domain.
- Lead the end-to-end design development and deployment of LanguageCerts online test preparation ecosystemincluding content specification commissioning QA tech build business model and go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with UX Tech and Academic teams to create an engaging and seamless learner journey within a new LMS platform.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to ensure product-market fit and drive commercial growth.
- Establish quality standards for all online learning products and ensure alignment with certification objectives and pedagogy.
- Gather learner and stakeholder insights to inform continuous product improvement.
- Own the online learning product lifecycle from ideation to evaluation ensuring on-time and high-impact delivery.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across teams to support agile development and innovation at scale.
- Serve as the internal champion for online learning sharing best practices and driving a product-centric mindset across LanguageCert.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading the creation and launch of scalable online learning or test preparation products.
- Experience in product strategy and digital content commissioning.
- Strong leadership skills and experience working in cross-functional agile teams.
- PRINCE2 Foundation or other project management certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and online pedagogy.
- Prior experience in English language education and assessment is highly desirable.
