Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible of Creating updating and deleting user accounts assigning roles and permissions to control access to resources and functionalities.
  • Oversee teams access to Dataverse.
  • Ensure required security controls are in place throughout the platform lifecycle.
  • Assign and manage security roles to ensure appropriate access levels and data protection.
  • Resolve any security incidents promptly.
  • Monitor user activities and system events for auditing and troubleshooting purposes.
  • Follow up with app owners if any problems emerge and ensure timely resolution if level one support is not in a position to help.
  • Track and report on citizen developer apps eliminating those that are not being used or are unnecessary.
  • Serve as a point of contact and interlock with Corporate Security and the Responsible AI Office.
  • Track the consumption of automation tools.

Critical Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of Power Platform components (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI CoPilot Studio Dataverse).
  • Experience with administering and managing Power Platform environments including creating configuring and securing them
  • Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) practices for Power Platform
  • PowerShell scripting for automating tasks and managing the environment.
  • Understanding of data management security and user interface/user experience principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skill sin both English and French
  • Eligibility for security clearance

Preferred Competencies

  • Diploma in computer Science (college or University)
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms and concepts.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA Confluence Sharepoint Teams is highly recommended.
  • It would be desirable to have any of the Microsoft Certification for Power Platform.
