Position Summary...
Walmart Connect is Walmarts retail media advertising platform that allows brands to connect with Walmart customers both online and in store. Our mission is to be the destination to connect brands with Canadian shoppers and accelerate growth. Our commitment lies in delivering measurable outcomes for advertisers by utilizing our comprehensive ad solutions.Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced education professional to support the sales training and enablement programs for our sales organization.
As a startup within the worlds largest retailer we are quickly developing new ad tech and internal tools and systems. You will play an integral role in ensuring Walmart Connect salespeople have the knowledge and skills be successful in their position.
In this role you will be responsible for helping to execute and facilitate training for all salespeople. In addition you will drive sales enablement programs to enhance sellers revenue performance.
What youll do...
- Create compelling training collateral sales tools and presentations to support sales efforts and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop sales training content for workshops. Lead sales workshops and training sessions
- Support the launch and maintain a Walmart Connect certification program to educate and train buyers
- Maintain and optimize a centralized location for sales training and enablement material
- Track learning metrics to ensure effectiveness and ROI of programs/initiatives specific to sales training activities
- Conduct ongoing knowledge and skills assessments for sales associates
- Meet with leaders to gain alignment and feedback on new and existing training programs
