We are looking for a Payroll & HR Administration Manager as part of our HR team and who will be reporting to the HR Director.
As a Payroll & HR Administration Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the compensation and benefits processes addressing inquiries and managing administration for our entities in Belgium and Luxembourg (approx. 200 employees). This is a vital position within our HR department ensuring that employees are paid accurately while also facilitating smooth payroll reporting and HR administrative activities.
More specifically you will be responsible for:
Payroll Management:
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries bonuses and other benefits. Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees in Belgium and Luxembourg together with our social secretary.
Oversee all HR administration related to onboarding and offboarding.
Manage employee benefits including insurance contracts mobile devices (hardware and subscriptions) and mobility budgets throughout the employee lifecycle.
Handle fleet management with the support of a colleague.
Supervise absences and requests for special leave and other modifications related to working hours in compliance with legal provisions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Project Management & Reporting:
Stay updated on local labor laws tax regulations and payroll compliance requirements and contribute to the implementation of them.
Participate in the review and revision of our hard HR policies including the digitization of processes.
Oversee the payroll system ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning effectively. Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
Prepare and analyze payroll reports for both internal and external stakeholders while identifying trends and discrepancies.
Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders in the case of inspections and audits.
You hold a bachelors or masters degree.
You have at least 5 years of experience in payroll management.
You are fluent in French and Dutch.
You have a solid understanding of Belgian labor legislation and feel comfortable working with HR systems and a social secretary.
You have knowledge or prior work experience in a CP/PC200 environment.
You demonstrate precision in your work which you can do independently but you are also a team player who is proactive in making suggestions.
