Job Description

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Solicitor with a passion for Real Estate law to join our leading Digital Legal Delivery team in Sydney or Melbourne.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of blue-chip clients innovative legal technology and global strategic projects.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering Digitals real estate legal work including high-volume leasing matters across commercial industrial and retail sectors as well as supporting due diligence and transactions.

  • Providing excellent service to our clients.

  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members providing regular feedback through structured coaching sessions.

  • Operating as a key client contact you will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple clients.

  • Collaborating with colleagues in different offices and different practice groups as well as across our global network to deliver high-quality work on complex and large-scale deals.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum of 4 years experience as a Lawyer in a property or leasing practice.

  • A current unrestricted practicing certificate.

  • Leasing experience to include drafting and negotiating leases and related documents. Experience working in a high volume leasing practice will be highly regarded.

  • Strong academic results and a commitment to continuous learning.

  • Solid technical legal skills including drafting negotiation and matter management skills.

  • Experience supervising juniors and a natural passion for developing others and cultivating a team culture in line with our firms values.
