We are seeking a Senior Solicitor with a passion for Real Estate law to join our leading Digital Legal Delivery team in Sydney or Melbourne.
This role offers exposure to a wide range of blue-chip clients innovative legal technology and global strategic projects.
You will be responsible for:
Delivering Digitals real estate legal work including high-volume leasing matters across commercial industrial and retail sectors as well as supporting due diligence and transactions.
Providing excellent service to our clients.
Supervising and mentoring junior team members providing regular feedback through structured coaching sessions.
Operating as a key client contact you will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple clients.
Collaborating with colleagues in different offices and different practice groups as well as across our global network to deliver high-quality work on complex and large-scale deals.
To be successful in this role you will have:
A minimum of 4 years experience as a Lawyer in a property or leasing practice.
A current unrestricted practicing certificate.
Leasing experience to include drafting and negotiating leases and related documents. Experience working in a high volume leasing practice will be highly regarded.
Strong academic results and a commitment to continuous learning.
Solid technical legal skills including drafting negotiation and matter management skills.
Experience supervising juniors and a natural passion for developing others and cultivating a team culture in line with our firms values.
