Nursery Room Leader New Malden KT3

Salary: Up to 14.25 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full-time and All Year Round Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to step into a leadership role Do you have a passion for supporting childrens development in a creative nurturing and inclusive environment

Were looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join our clients nursery in New Malden (KT3). This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a room where children thrive and practitioners feel supported and inspired.

What Were Looking For:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (essential).
  • Previous experience as a Room Leader Nursery Team Leader or senior practitioner.
  • Solid knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
  • Excellent communication teamwork and organisational skills.
  • A passion for providing outstanding care and early education.
  • Commitment to promoting equality inclusion and child-centred learning.

What Youll Do as a Nursery Room Leader:

  • Take responsibility for the daily running of your room maintaining high standards of care and education.
  • Lead a team of nursery practitioners offering mentoring support and supervision.
  • Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Build strong partnerships with families ensuring excellent communication and continuity of care.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in line with safeguarding health & safety and nursery policies.
  • Bring fresh ideas to enhance the nursery curriculum and support continuous improvement.
