This is a hybrid position and you will work two days a week in our Montreal office.

This is a full-time temporary position with a duration of 12 months.


Your role


If youre passionate about news and media communications and thrive on being constantly challenged and contributing to new initiatives we want to meet you.


Youre the ideal candidate if you have in-depth experience in talent acquisition especially in journalism and unionized environments expertise in recruitment technologies and platforms a strong commitment to Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) excellent interpersonal organizational and communication skills and a bachelors degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.


The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing talent attraction strategies supporting managers in their recruitment processes and identifying and hiring diverse staff across Canada.


This is a hybrid position and you will work two days a week in our Montreal office.
