Job Description

Position : Cold Caller/Appointment Setter

Work Hours (Client) : 8 hour shift - 8 to 4/ 9 to 5 PST Mon - Fri

Holidays : PTO will be provided

Pay Range : $1000 - $1500 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : South Africa or Latin America

Work Location : REMOTE

Duties and Responsibilities:

We re looking for a driven and tech-savvy Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to support our real estate lead generation efforts. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to homeowners and set appointments with those interested in learning about their property s market value.

This role is ideal for someone who s experienced in cold calling converting leads and is comfortable working with digital tools like CRMs and online calendars. You ll be the first point of contact with potential sellers and play a key role in building our client pipeline.

  • Use our subscription-based software to conduct circle prospecting and identify potential seller leads.
  • Make 100 cold calls per day to homeowners to gauge interest in learning their home s value.
  • Convert conversations into booked appointments for home value assessments.
  • Update lead details and call outcomes in our CRM system promptly and accurately.
  • Schedule appointments directly in our shared Google Calendar during calls.
  • Maintain a professional friendly and persuasive phone presence at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills

Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)

Experience: 3 years of related experience

Industry: real estate or related industry (ideally)

  • Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting ideally in real estate or a related sales environment.
  • Proven experience in converting leads to appointments is required
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes and rejection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate CRM platforms and Google Workspace tools.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet professional work environment.
