Job Description
This is a high-impact appointment setting role where you ll be the front-line revenue driver for a cutting-edge digital marketing agency. You ll conduct strategic outreach to premium e-commerce prospects who represent significantly higher value opportunities than typical inbound leads. Working with established processes and scripts you ll focus on booking qualified appointments with decision-makers at clothing brands jewelry companies and other e-commerce businesses. Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold outreach campaigns targeting e-commerce brand owners and decision-makers
- Conduct strategic cold calling using provided dialer systems and lead lists
- Engage prospects through multiple channels including phone email Instagram and SMS outreach
- Handle common objections professionally including not interested and pricing concerns
- Secure qualified appointments with strong prospect commitment for sales team follow-up
- Follow proven scripts and processes while adapting to prospect responses
- Maintain detailed records in CRM system and track outreach activities
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and implement feedback for continuous improvement
- Focus on quality connections rather than just call volume metrics
Requirements
- Proven sales background with demonstrated success in appointment setting or cold calling
- Marketing or digital marketing background strongly preferred (training provided for right candidate)
- B2B sales experience preferred especially in service-based industries
- Excellent communication skills with confidence speaking to business owners and executives
- Comfortable appearing on camera for video outreach and client interactions
- Experience handling rejection and objections in high-volume sales environments
- Persistence and resilience with ability to maintain motivation through challenging prospects
- Strong learning ability and willingness to adapt to specific processes and methodologies
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently while meeting performance targets
