Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Operations daily attending stand ups and monthly meetings.
- Establish and improve performance metrics to assist with business evaluation and decision-making. Ensure the accurate compilation timely reporting and analysis of data.
- Participate in monthend closing including journal entry preparation and variance analysis.
- Support monthly expense and headcount management. Partner with GBS teams to ensure results are accurate and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Conduct customer centric reporting and analysis
- Lead various Operations finance projects
- Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Analytics or other relevant area
At least 3 years of direct experience in financial analysis and reporting preferably within a large matrixed organization
Hiring Criteria:
- Proven ability to make logical assumptions incorporate external and internal information and effectively benchmark results against appropriate baselines
- Possess advanced analytical capabilities with proven financial modeling skills using MS Excel PowerPoint and Oracle
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge strong professional relationships with peers and senior management
- Demonstrated continuous improvement with a successful track record of optimizing processes
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and implement them successfully
- Self-motivated with a bias for action.
