Job Description
Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document comprehensive business requirements for releases.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure business needs are well understood and translated into feasible technical solutions.
- Understand technical limitations and constraints of the underlying platform to provide realistic recommendations.
- Support clinical trials data and processes with a deep focus on accuracy compliance and traceability.
- Prepare and manage validation plans for all key releases.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including development QA and operations to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain meticulous documentation ensuring traceability from requirements to delivered solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 36 years of experience in business analysis preferably in clinical research or life sciences domain.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trials processes and data management practices.
- Excellent documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly articulate requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with validation plans and regulatory compliance in life sciences.
- Familiarity with data platforms limitations and integration concepts.
Preferred
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines such as GxP 21 CFR Part 11.
