Job Description

Purpose: The RCS Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting and acting as a subject matter expert on Revenue Cycle Solution implementation projects. The person will possess strong attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to make logical decisions in a timely fashion. Strong client service acumen with ability to meet respective timelines and manage client expectations. Capable of working with the client to understand the clients business requirements and using best practices tailoring the configuration to meet the clients needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act in a support role with new client implementations
    • Includes but is not limited to mapping process workflows facilitating client discussions capturing and documenting requirements executing system configurations defining build tasks and troubleshoot solution options within an accounts receivable/revenue cycle solution software
    • Working directly with the Quadax PMO Application Support Client Engagement Corporate Training and Product teams on timelines and tasks
    • Assist new clients with various tasks including but not limited to developing test cases understanding business rule requirements discovery into system configuration updates
    • Includes coordinating with Client Services during the implementation and hyper care for a successful transition
  • Participate with new Product implementations for existing clients
    • Includes working with Product and Development teams to understand the solution
  • Assist the Application Support team with database maintenance tasks when needed
  • Assist the Client Service Integrations team with database maintenance tasks when needed
  • Participate in ongoing Product Development and Product Launch meetings
  • All other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

  • Understanding of software applications and related database structures file systems and administrative concepts
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledge of medical billing and experience with medical billing software preferred
  • Knowledge of implementation processes preferred with the ability to execute on tasks based on a project plan with some supervision
  • Professional with excellent communication analytical and time management skills
  • Experience in customer service and/or software support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Business Information Technology/Management or similar field of study or equivalent experience preferred
