Schedule Details:
- full-time- Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

As the nursing resource coordinator you will support our nursing department with a variety of tasks including:
- ensuring adequate and appropriate staffing of the facilitys nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget and census
- tracking attendance time card corrections and changes in positions
- completing state mandated postings and monitor other related schedule issues
- working closely with the interdisciplinary director team on quality initiatives
- back up for HI
- other administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- high school education or GED equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required
