What to Expect
The Product Development Associate Genesis is responsible for supporting the management improvement and maintenance of HCAs products & programs as well as providing analytics as needed. In addition this role will support data analysis and competitive insights of luxury market and trends and interface with field dealers and external business partners to provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
What You Will Do
1. Programs Launch
Collaborate with Genesis OEM to design and develop competitive programs to gain luxury market share
Assist program operations with external & internal partners through clear communication to ensure program are launched effectively and efficiently.
Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify product opportunities
Assist with the preparation and accuracy of OEM website disclosures offers and program announcements.
Create ad hoc lease pricing/costing/calculations in accordance with OEMs objectives
Update prepare and present Program Launch updates on Monthly call
2. Program Support
Resolve program issues that arise from day-to-day activities
Collaborate with field team on program updates joint messaging on key initiatives and HCA Pen% performance
Collaborate and contribute with teams across Product Development Sales Operations Marketing Loyalty Remarketing CPO and OEM partners to execute strategic projects and ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
3. Reporting/Forecasting
Monthly data gathering of analysis and competitive insights using public and/or subscribed sources
Assist team in developing presentations for Executive Proposals and Internal Sales updates
Support new product development opportunities with reporting and competitive analytics
Assist with end-to-end penetration and financial impact forecasting for GF programs; ensure forecasts are robust actionable and aligned with corporate enterprise goals.
Develop and design reports accessing various internal tables to retrieve application volume approval percentages capture rates etc. to analyze program results.
4. Compliance
Adhere to KSOX governance frameworks standards and processes to ensure consistent execution of program strategies with OEM
What You Will Bring
Minimum 2-4 years related work experience
Prior experience working within Automotive Finance or related fields preferred
Familiarity with SQL VBA Power Query Tableau preferred.
Previous experience in Automotive desired
BA/BS Degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or related field.
Excellent interpersonal skills in problem-solving collaboration leadership and team building.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven collaboration ability to work cross-functionally.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of SQL
Demonstrated ability to retrieve data from various sources and analyze information.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting standing and walking and using a computer. Work is performed in an office environment.
