URGENT NEED Director of Nursing (Relocation Welcomed)
Location:Flagstaff Arizona
Schedule:Flexible 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
(Final schedule TBD based on Administrators needs; overtime may be required)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experiencedArea Director of Nursing (DON)to lead clinical operations and ensure top-quality care within our long-term care facilities in the Flagstaff area. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership compliance knowledge and hands-on experience in long-term care.
Requirements:
Active RN Licensein the State of Arizona
Minimum of 2 years Long-Term Care experience(required)
Proven leadership and communication skills in a healthcare setting
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
