Counterintelligence Officer (Level III & IV)
Springfield VA & St. Louis MO Government/Military
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
Full-Time Contingent (Anticipated Award September 2025)

Helm Point Solutions is a woman-owned cybersecurity and physical security firm committed to defending the infrastructure that underpins national security. Were looking for experienced Counterintelligence (CI) Officers to support a high-impact government program. This work focuses on identifying and neutralizing espionage foreign intelligence and terrorist threats. These roles are contingent on contract award expected in September 2025.
What Youll Do
In this role you will:
Conduct defensive CI activities supporting mission-critical intelligence work
Analyze and interpret threat intelligence data across personnel programs and technology
Detect and assess anomalous activities and develop mitigation strategies
Deliver CI products risk assessments and briefings in support of security and clearance adjudication
Conduct monthly debriefings related to foreign contacts and travel
Use tools such as Palantir TAC M3 ARCSIGHT and TIDE for analysis
Provide expertise on CI issues affecting GEOINT and broader IC technologies
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
Clearance: TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
Experience:
7 years of CI experience
Strong foundation in CI investigations analysis briefings debriefings and awareness
Education: Bachelors degree in National Intelligence Studies Political Science Engineering or a related field
Certification: Must be a credentialed graduate from an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy (e.g. FBI Academy)
Local site-specific training must be completed upon hire
