The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager supports the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all F&B outlets ensuring high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction. This role plays a key part in supervising staff managing inventory assisting with financial performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in managing restaurant bar banquet and room service operations.
Supervise F&B staff ensuring top-notch service and professional conduct.
Support inventory control procurement and vendor relations.
Monitor food and beverage quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Assist in scheduling training and performance evaluations of team members.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Enforce compliance with hygiene sanitation and safety standards.
Assist in budget planning and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
Collaborate on marketing and promotional activities for F&B outlets.
Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
Bachelors degree or diploma in Hotel Management Hospitality or related field.
24 years of experience in food and beverage operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene regulations.
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
Experience in a hotel resort or high-volume restaurant.
Familiarity with event management and banquet operations.
Certification in food safety or hospitality management is a plus.
