Hotel Bristol a Luxury Collection Hotel Warsaw is hiring for the position: FRONT OF THE HOUSE MANAGER
Reference number: FOH/06/2025


We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedFront of the House Managerto lead the Reception Concierge and Guest Relations Department at Hotel Bristol one of Warsaws most iconic luxury destinations. In this key role you will coordinate and supervise daily front desk operations manage team schedules monitor room occupancy plans and ensure seamless collaboration with other departments. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly and ad-hoc reports in line with brand standards all while delivering the exceptional guest service that defines The Luxury Collection experience.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- At least 2 years of experienceleading a Reception Department in a five-star hotel environment.
- Fluent English and Polish skills - additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in hotel systems especially Opera and solid command of MS Office tools.
- Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and guiding teams to success.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive and independent approach.
- A positive professional presence with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills both for personal workflow and team coordination.
- Flexibility and availabilityto work in a dynamic shift-based schedule.
