Job Description
We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Front Desk Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at our front desk. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests representing ETAs standards of excellence in every interaction.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
Handle guest requests concerns and complaints with tact and efficiency
Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservations
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles in hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with reservation and property management systems
Positive attitude professionalism and a guest-focused mindset
