Were looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital strategy from paid media to SEO website optimisation and marketing automation. Your mission: generate high-quality leads improve conversion rates and double down on what drives growth.
Youll work closely with product marketing sales and content to launch integrated campaigns that turn interest into action. Youre not just an executor - youre a strategist who thrives on data experimentation and results.
What Youll Do
- Own digital strategy across paid ads SEO web and email
- Launch and optimise campaigns that drive qualified pipeline
- Improve website performance and user conversion journeys
- Build and refine marketing automation workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns with GTM goals
- Track analyse and report on performance metrics that matter
What Were Looking For
- 3 - 5 years in digital marketing ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
- Proven experience running and scaling paid campaigns (Google LinkedIn etc.)
- Strong grasp of SEO website CRO and marketing automation (HubSpot or similar)
- Data-driven mindset with a bias for testing and iteration
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced remote-first team
