Reports To: Healthy Family America Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary : $22.00/hr

About the Role
As a Family Support Specialist youll provide weekly culturally competent home-based services to families in the Healthy Families America program. From parenting education and developmental guidance to crisis intervention and community referrals youll help create a nurturing stable environment for families to thrive.
Youll be a crucial partner in:
Strengthening parent-child relationships
Supporting families in setting and achieving personal goals
Delivering health nutrition and home management education
Linking clients to social services and educational/vocational resources
Conducting assessments and maintaining thorough documentation
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual language skills highly preferred.
- Experience working with children and families
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Understanding of child development and cultural humility
- Reliable transportation valid drivers license and auto insurance
- Comfort with both remote and in-person work environments
- Reflective organized and committed to continuous learning
- Preferred: Infant mental health endorsement experience using databases
