Join the fast-paced and dynamic client services team at BioServices Specialty Logistics! We support clinical trials and specialize in the management of biological materials in support of sophisticated next-generation therapies providing end-to-end chain of custody for our clients.

The Project Manager III works with other project managers in a small pod helping them manage a group of shared projects. The pod shares responsibility for projects and ensures tasks are completed by an appropriately leveled project manager. This position is equal parts strategic and tactical in nature. This position owns the relationship with complex and larger clients and is responsible for shepherding tasks to completion issue resolution within internal procedures and acting as primary point of contact for client accounts. The team works cross-functionally to ensure that client requirements and timelines are met. Focusing on building relationships with the client and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Position requires a college degree and 3 years experience in leading projects or equivalent experience. A PMP certificate and/or advanced degree in a health related field is preferred.
Proven experience dealing directly with customers in a dynamic environment. Experience in setting up working in and maintaining cross functional communication systems. Experience with regulated systems and working within a process oriented framework.
Successful candidates must have strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills. The ability to present information and answer questions for clients and management. Will be expected to be able to multitask and coordinate tasks across functional teams while maintaining attention to detail and drive problem solving.
In this team we must be adaptable and able to work in a variety of commercial and custom in house software. Proficiency in MS office suite is required and knowledge of Project Smartsheet Jira and Trackwise are advantageous.
Should be intellectually curious and results oriented.
Works in an office environment. May on a continuous basis sit at desk for a long period of time; intermittently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Occasionally walking and lifting up to 20 lbs. is required. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. Hybrid work environment working 40% on site and 60% remote. Occasional travel may be required. The physical demands described above are representative of what is needed to complete this work. Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $75000.00$95000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
