Job Description

We are centrally located in Dallas at Spring Valley and Dallas North Tollway.

Our team is looking for a full-time experienced IT Technology Excellence and Customer Service Lead who wants stability growth opportunity and an excellent compensation and benefits package. In this position you are responsible for assisting the Line of Business and field personnel meet their technological and cybersecurity requirements supporting IT operations and managing the desktop and productivity environment.

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Four-year computer science degree or equivalent experience and certifications.
  • 3 5 years IT support in a supervisory role a plus.
  • 5 10 years financial institution knowledge.
  • Proficient in productivity software and Microsoft Windows.
  • Thorough understanding of desktop operating systems and networking.
  • Applied technology implementation maintenance and problem-solving skills.
  • Inventory management: procurement provisioning lifecycle firmware etc.
  • Cybersecurity control enforcement monitoring and reporting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
  • Experience working with third parties vendors and relationship building.
  • Ability to critically think participate in high-performing teams and lead initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to explain complex information.
  • Strong attention to detail organizational and time management abilities.
  • Superior verbal and written communication presentation and technical skills.
  • Professionalism commitment to the job and flexibility as business dictates.

WORKING CONDITIONS / ENVIRONMENT:

HOURS: Monday Friday; 8am 5pm; Onsite 24x7x7 availability

Some variation in work hours due to special projects and deadlines

TRAVEL: Occasionally
