Were looking for a high-agency execution-driven Founding Growth PM to join our team at Wispr Flow. You will have the opportunity to shape our growth strategy and product playing a pivotal part in helping Flow reach hundreds of millions of people.
If youre an ex-founder or an early-stage operator this role is built for you. Youll have full ownership over your product growth strategy while working with a world-class team and learn from growth advisors. Youll work directly with our founders and design brand engineering and product teams to experiment rapidly optimize in-product conversion and build viral growth loops.

Product-led-growth initiatives: developing Wispr Flows free to paid motions increasing conversion thinking analytically and creatively about the wedge and funnel
High-velocity execution: Launch multiple experiments per week measure impact and double down on what works
Data-driven strategy: Leverage analytics to refine onboarding NUX and activation.
Building growth features: that drive activation retention organic network effects PLG into enterprises and more

While we focus on raw talent above experience we are generally looking for people with 3-6 years of professional work experience in a similar role ideally at an early-stage or growth-stage startup or you have a proven track record in a fast-paced setting.
