LivCor is seeking anSenior Analyst Portfolio Insightsto join our dynamic Insights team. You will be responsible for analyzing and communicating key operating and performance trends to both senior LivCor leadership teams and to Blackstone Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills experience analyzing large datasets and the ability to communicate complex financial information to our investors and senior leadership. This role is responsible for conducting portfolio analysis assisting with the creation of quarter Board Meeting materials and recurring reporting needs while using data-driven insights to predict future market and asset level performance.
What you will do:
Prepare and review quarterly board meeting presentation: coordinate with teams on deliverables presented to Blackstone senior real estate leadership team at the quarterly board meeting; research and originate new ideas for presentation slides highlighting LivCor performance and/or macro trends
Perform special ad-hoc analysis and projects on a frequent basis for executive leadership team and Blackstone team.
Conduct detailed portfolio analysis to optimize asset performance and maximize asset value.
Assist in development of rental income forecasts and track financial performance against projections.
Become a specialist in extracting and summarizing various third-party research and industry data
What you should have:
3 years experience in Finance Accounting Data & Analytics Economics Real Estate or other related field
Proficient experience working with Excel (Advanced Formulas) and PowerPoint
(Preferred) Experience with Microsoft Power BI SIGMA SQL VBA Power Query and/or Power Pivot
A strong work ethic to thrive in a dynamic and demanding work environment and ability to meet critical deadlines with a keen focus on attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
A love for solving problems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and translate complex data into clear actionable insights.
A natural curiosity and passion for solving problems with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering innovative solutions.

Base Compensation Range:
$90000.00 To $125000.00. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Companys base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location and experience.Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
Benefits: The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
