About the Role
Were looking for a proactive and technically curious DevOps Intern to support our infrastructure and deployment processes while also assisting in on-site troubleshooting for IT hardware. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in both DevOps and technical support in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and responding to support-related tasks.
- Help set up configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for development and deployment.
- Work closely with developers to automate build and release workflows.
- Participate in planning and documentation for software releases and version control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development testing and production environments.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting for desktop computers kiosks and related hardware.
- Assist in the configuration and management of monitoring logging and alerting tools.
- Support cross-functional teams in DevOps initiatives and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Document processes procedures and configurations to maintain an internal knowledge base.
- Join team meetings knowledge-sharing sessions and training to grow your DevOps skills.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps principles CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.
- Interest or experience in scripting (e.g. Bash Python) is a plus.
- Familiarity with desktop and hardware troubleshooting is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail willingness to learn and a collaborative mindset.
