New driver activation and existing driver reactivation through targeted operational strategies.
Conduct time-based data analysis and broadcast core transportation capacity metrics.
Proactively resolve driver-related issues (e.g. disputes technical support).
Recruitment Requirements
Mandatory:
- Fluent in Chinese with professional translation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g. Excel formulas pivot tables).
Preferred:
- Prior experience in ride-hailing driver communication.
- Background in operations management and data-driven decision-making.
Working Conditions:
Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 6:00PM
