About The Opportunity
Our Micromine Australia team based in Brisbane are currently seeking a Support Specialist to join them.
Being the largest and fastest-growing region of Micromine this role will put you at the forefront of technical support for Micromine Spry customers whilst also assisting with client training and product development.
- Receive respond to and resolve customer enquiries
- Escalate technical issues and work with the dev team to resolve issues
- Work with the customer to ensure the software is being used to its optimum
- Provide clients with trainingand post go-live support
- Provide reporting insights continual improvement recommendations as required
About You
Ideally you have experience within Software or SAAS support.
Other key skills experience and qualifications:
- Experience with software or SAAS support in a client facing role.
- Ideally experience with C#
- Comfortable with training customers on software.
- Experience or exposure to the mining industry will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills.
