About the role

Were looking for an HR Administrator to join our close-knit HR team. As the first point of contact youll be responsible for handling the day-to-day administration for the HR department and contributing to the effective delivery of HR activities and programs. You will receive on-the-job training and support from your team to develop and grow.

Reporting to the HR Manager you will:

  • Provide support with a range of administrative duties across the entire employee lifecycle including: recruitment & selection onboarding & offboarding learning & development and cyclical activities such as performance reviews and registration requirements
  • Maintain accuracy of all HR data and documentation including conducting regular internal audits and updating HRIS accordingly
  • Generate HR reports and collate data
  • Manage internal and external HR enquiries responding to information requests promptly
  • Assist with office services including monitoring and answering phones when needed.

Youll have the opportunity to work from home as well as in our Melbourne office with the team (minimum one day per week in the office).

About you

You have a can-do attitude and passion for delivering work to a high standard as well as:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or working towards qualification
  • Experience in customer service and general administration reporting and document management preferably within an HR function
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong administration organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven team-oriented approach to work with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint and experience using databases and online systems.
