Job Description
Full Time Clinician - Sign On Bonus Available - Springfield MA
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals and families.
- Provide crisis intervention services.
- Provide support and guidance to individuals and families.
- Ensure the safety of all individuals.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with community partners.
- Provide case management services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Social Work Psychology or related Mental Health field.
- Must be CANS - MA Certified
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with individuals families and/or groups.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse issues.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
