Dockhand Position

Goodhue Boat Company is growing and we are looking for driven enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team and grow with us! We are seeking temporary part-time Dockhands to join our team from now through the end of October. In this role youll help deliver award-winning customer service and create unique memorable experiences for our customers.

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for conducting the day-to-day operations of the Rentals department. This is the perfect job for those who are in high school or college retired work at ski resorts in the winter stay-at-home parents or adults looking to earn some extra money in a short period of time.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Booking and renting boats.

Answering phones.

Pumping gas on the docks.

Assisting customers with their rental boats.

Prepping rental boats for renters.

Providing first class customer service.

Cashiering.

Moving and driving boats (for those with a boaters license).

Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Good communication skills.

Customer service oriented.

Ability to work outside.

Able to stand for extended periods of time.

Ability for follow instructions.

Attention to detail.

Detail oriented.

Boaters license preferred but not required.

Ability to drive a boat preferred.

Intermediate computer skills.
