Job Description

HealthPlus is assisting a rapidly expanding Urgent Care group with several locations in Illinois and Indiana on their search for Physicians to join their team. Currently considering Part-Time and Full-Time candidates and offering flexible schedules.

Please find some details below about this amazing opportunity:

Locations: Munster Michigan City Crown Point.
Schedule: Full Time: 12 Shifts per month Part Time: 8-10 Shifts per month
Salary: Negotiable based on availability and experience.
Benefits: Full benefits
Hours: Mon-Fri: 8am - 8pm Sat-Sun: 8am - 6pm
Procedures: Typical Urgent Care
EMR: Docutap
Requirements: Must be board certified in FM or IM must be licensed in IN.
