Job Description
In this role you will be a key contributor to the design planning and execution of innovative projects involving Generative AI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify use cases define requirements and drive implementation.
The job is full-time and can be done remotely on a daily basis as well as on site at our office in Madrid.
Grow with us Your Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate use cases for Generative AI in close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
Translate business needs into technical specifications (epics user stories acceptance criteria)
Lead Generative AI projects from ideation to rollout
Work closely with Data Scientists AI Engineers and Software Developers
Identify and manage risks dependencies and stakeholder expectations
Foster agile ways of working and a culture of continuous improvement
What will convince us
Degree in Business Informatics Computer Science Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in delivering projects involving Generative AI technologies(e.g. Large Language Models Text-to-Image Prompt Engineering Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Solid understanding of the technical foundations of Generative AI(e.g. transformer architectures fine-tuning API integration of models like GPT Claude Mistral etc.)
Experience as a Business Analyst Product Owner or Project Manager in a tech-driven environment
Strong proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and tools (e.g. Jira Confluence)
Excellent communication skills to simplify complex topics and manage stakeholder expectations
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
