n response to the changing regulatory landscape companies must comply with numerous new requirements prompting the need for a Supplier Contract Compliance Manager. This role is crucial for managing regulatory compliance complexities and ensuring supplier contracts adhere to relevant laws and standards.

Join our team to direct and manage Supplier Regulatory Contract Remediation programs for JP Morgan Chases Sourcing and Procurement organization.

As a Contract Remediation Sourcing Manager with in Global Supplier Services you will lead the supplier contract remediation program developing strategies and overseeing the remediation process. You will work closely with the Legal team to interpret new regulations and assist in creating playbooks and contract amendments for compliance. Overall this position is vital for ensuring that supplier contracts align with evolving regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Direct comprehensive compliance efforts within Sourcing and Procurement to meet all supplier-related regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments affecting the organization and adjust compliance strategies accordingly.
  • Formulate and secure approval for strategic responses to new regulatory changes and requirements.
  • Oversee remediation projects within Sourcing & Procurement and ensure precise documentation of compliance activities to support reporting to senior management and regulatory authorities as needed.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues assist the Legal team with contract management and provide training to promote a culture of compliance

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • 5 years of contract management / paralegal experience or a College degree in law.
  • Understand laws regulations and industry standards impacting supplier contract compliance.
  • Meticulous in reviewing contracts and compliance documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ability to assess compliance risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills for conveying compliance requirements and collaborating with stakeholders. Proficient in managing multiple compliance projects ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Skilled in negotiating contract terms to align with compliance standards.
  • Proficient ethics and integrity to uphold compliance standards and foster a culture of compliance
