City of Cibolo is seeking a Crew Leader for our Parks Division within our Public Works Department. The Park Crew Leader is a working supervisor who provides hands on leadership direction and instruction to any employees assigned to the crew. The Crew Leader ensures that a crew performs efficiently and safely in maintaining the city park system in a manner that provides a safe and enjoyable place for the citizens of Cibolo. The Crew Leader is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance repairs and upgrades to the city park system city buildings and athletic facilities as directed by the Parks Superintendent.

Our Type:Our next Parks Crew Leader understands tactful and courteous communication with members of the public. We are looking for a candidate that can work independently and in a team with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in the role as are high levels of accuracy timeliness and dependability. We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service for a variety of coworkers supervisors and the public with professionalism and patience.
The ideal candidate is hard-working patient and detail oriented. You listen to your superiors and co-workers. You are diligent and able to multi-task so your work gets completed in an organized fashion. You follow through and are accountable for all actions. Being at work on time is a priority along with following all safety protocols. When an emergency arises you are not easily flustered but are willing to work hard to help in any way within the Public Works Leadership Team and the Parks Division. At the end of the day you get great satisfaction from successfully helping our citizens and serving the goals and mission of the Cibolo Public Works Department. If you can do those things and meet the following requirements we would be happy to speak with you:
- High School graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
- Five (5) years experiences in a field consistent with the duties of this department.
- Valid Texas Class C Drivers License.
Compensation: Non-exempt FLSA status salary range is $46949.15 - $69783.99 (DOE); equivalates to $22.57/hr - $33.55/hr.
