What Youll Be Working On
As a Crew Schedule Optimizer youll use a cutting-edge optimization tool developed by Jeppesen to design crew rotations and schedules for our pilots and cabin crew. Youll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to set goals and guidelines all with the aim of creating efficient high-quality crew schedules that support both operational excellence and crew satisfaction.

Depending on your background and experience you will enter the role as either a Junior Crew Schedule Optimizer or Crew Schedule Optimizer. Should you start as a Junior you might be eligible for a promotion once youve gained confidence in the role and completed at least 12 planning cycles - typically equivalent to one year of experience.

Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 6-month probation period
This position is based at Frsundavik (Stockholm) and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option at times depending on the agreement made with your manager.
