Summary:
This role is responsible for driving digital customer acquisition and engagement across AT&Ts consumer products. Ideal candidates bring a deep passion for crafting best-in-class digital experiences and understand the telecom landscapeparticularly fiber and wireless offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Channel Growth
Own performance across AT&Ts digital channels including desktop mobile web and app. Identify and execute growth opportunities across paid media SEO affiliate social and lifecycle marketing.
Customer-Centric Experience Design
Champion user experience across all consumer-facing touchpoints. Drive improvements to site and app design navigation content and personalization that increase conversion and retention.
Product Familiarity
Develop messaging and funnel strategies aligned to AT&Ts fiber 5G and wireless product portfolios. Understanding of AT&T or competitor offerings is highly valued.
App-Focused Innovation
Drive growth in app adoption and engagement. Ideal candidates have experience in app development product management or app-based marketing and understand what drives ongoing usage.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with design engineering product and analytics teams to deliver results. Lead test-and-learn initiatives and conversion rate optimization experiments.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience in telecom or other subscription-based consumer industries
Knowledge of fiber and wireless technology trends and customer value drivers
Strong UX and UI sensibility across desktop and mobile
App store optimization deep linking push notification strategy

Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. 5 years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
