Administrative Assistant Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact between the Administrators Coordinator team and fellow colleagues. This role is vital in ensuring the daily operations run smoothly with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service and care. As an advocate and informational resource you will help support our care teams clients their families and the broader community.
Primary responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls in a professional friendly and efficient manner addressing client and caregiver inquiries.
Maintain and update client and caregiver records ensuring accuracy in spreadsheets and our software systems.
Log client and caregiver activity tracking schedules updates and changes within software system.
Resolve issues or concerns promptly addressing both client and caregiver needs to ensure satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to enhance the quality of care and increase service hours when applicable.
Support the scheduling and coordination of caregiver assignments and client needs.
Foster positive relationships with clients caregivers and other stake holders.
Qualifications:
Passionate about providing quality care especially for seniors.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
Strong listening skills and the ability to remain patient and calm under pressure.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word etc) and comfortable using various software systems.
Knowledge of the senior care field is preferred but not required.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Ability to work in person (Broomfield) Monday-Friday 8a-5p with a 1-hour lunch break.
Ability to be on-call (at home) 2 holidays per year.
Job Type: Full time
Salary: $20-$21 per hour.
