Job Description
SAP/S4HANA Master Data Analyst is responsible for requirement gathering Qualitative data analysis support in designing building & deploying SAP-based ERP solutions.
Need to work with various stakeholder namely Marketing & Sales Product Definition & Offering Production Planning Product Costing Accounting & SAP implementation partners
As part of SAP foundation high level of end-to-end SD process knowledge is required to support the implementation teams with right Master data & security setup and reporting requiremen
Good Knowledge in MM - Variant Configuration required to integrate with Product development and marketing systems to maintain Vehicle Features & priceable options
Knowledge in Business Partner configuration and solution
Responsibilities
- Gather Information on current Master data source for customer and vehicle configuration.
- Map source data element/field for each data element in the target environment.
- Fit / Gap Analysis of As-Is and To-Be processes.
- Document requirements gathered during workshops (CRPs)
- Review and provide concurrence to Functional spec for Conversion and interface object.
- Perform Functional and Integration Testing.
- Prepare detail cutover step and interact with the conversion team.
- Preform Qualitative data analysis and complete the cutover task within the timelines.
- Prepare test scenario and cases to perform SIT and UAT testing.
- Support in preparing End user training Document.
- Daily monitoring of interface job and ERF report clearance of suspended record
- Management Metrics on suspense clearance.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate with strong vehicle business process knowledge and working experience in SAP MM (Variant Configuration) & SD
- Previous exposure in implementation/support of SAP S4/Hana Master Data
- Master Data management in SAP
- Experience in handling huge data loads using Excel and other tools like Alteryx etc.
