Sports Graduate / Learning Support Assistant Whats in it for you

95-105 per day (PAYE) depending on experience

Sports Graduate / Learning Support Assistant Role and Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs
Use your Sports background to engage students through active relational support
Assist students in developing social skills resilience and classroom focus
Work closely with the SENCO and classroom teachers to implement individual support plans
Help with behaviour management and promote positive learning environments
Sports-related degree essential (e.g. Sport Science Physical Education Coaching)
Experience working with children or young people is required ideally in a school coaching or youth work setting
A proactive energetic and patient Sports Graduate / Learning Support Assistant will thrive in this environment
