Our client a well-established and independent Insurance Brokerage with deep local roots in the Durham Region is growing and looking to add a Personal Lines Account Manager to their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive people-first brokerage that values balance performance and professional development.
Salary: $60000 $67000 based on experience
25% commission on New Business cross-sales (optional great for those with a sales mindset)
Hybrid schedule Work from home with 1 in-office day per week (some additional office coverage during team vacations)
Assigned book of business Focus on relationship-building not a call centre environment

Education reimbursement Support for CAIB CIP or other industry-relevant courses

RIBO licensed Personal Lines Account Manager with 3 years of brokerage experience
Strong knowledge of markets portals and underwriting guidelines
Motivated team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and client-first mindset
Excellent communication time management and organizational skills
A sales-minded approach to account management with an interest in cross-selling and upselling
Experience with EPIC and Applied Rating Services (ARS) is an asset
