Job Description
The Opportunity
The Streaming Experience Specialist - Programming is responsible for supporting the team in driving total sales and meeting audience goals across all streaming applications. This role will focus on building multiple streaming exclusive and FAST channels utilizing QVC HSN and QVCHSN original content.

As Qurate Retail Groups newest business unit vCommerce Ventures is designed to accelerate our innovation in livestream commerce and establish our leadership in this space while also supporting the continued expansion of QVCs and HSNs linear video commerce (vCommerce) experiences to new audiences. vCommerce includes video-driven shopping across linear TV ecommerce sites digital streaming and social platforms. vCommerce Ventures brings together livestream commerce teams and initiatives from across QVC and HSN into a separate global business unit with dedicated marketing business development content development and production programming planning and merchandising resources.
Your Impact
- Create channel builds of current and emerging 24-hr streaming exclusive channels utilizing the mp4 system.
- Monitor daily live broadcast changes to ensure the streaming channels reflect the live channel content.
- Create channel builds of current and emerging 24-hr FAST channels utilizing Versio including creating and uploading playlists segmenting shows creating graphics and placing affiliate breaks.
- Assist in other responsibilities as necessary such as monitoring Big Deal changes running and sending sales reports and generating emergency content.
- Participate in multiple meetings and interact with departments across the enterprise to support department and Qurate Retail Group goals.
What You Bring
- 2 years experience in Streaming Service or CMS experience preferred
- Experience with Versio preferred
- Bachelors or University Degree or equivalent work experience
- Able to comprehend complex systems processes and information and work in a technical dynamic workplace.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Ability to learn brand specific reporting tools and systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Passion for new technologies and evolving media landscape and enhancing workflows
- Ability to work independently prioritize time and manage multiple projects
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment with ever-changing priorities
