Job Description
Join the team at The Country Club of North Carolina and bring your racquet sports expertise to a premier club setting. Were seeking a Full-Time Racquet Sports Professional to lead tennis and pickleball instruction in a fun high-level environment. Youll work with players of all ages and abilities delivering top-tier lessons clinics leagues and camps that inspire and engage.
What Youll Do:
Teach and grow tennis and pickleball programs for juniors and adults
Lead dynamic lessons and clinics that elevate the member experience
Collaborate with staff and members to build a strong racquets community
Bring energy professionalism and creativity to every session
What Were Looking For:
Strong playing and teaching skills in tennis and pickleball
Great communication organization and leadership abilities
Ability to manage multiple programs and adapt to club needs
Passion for player development and program innovation
