Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Remarkable Guest Service: Greet guests promptly courteously and with genuine warmth.
- Dining Room Excellence: Maintain a clean inviting and well-stocked dining area at all times.
- Table Service: Anticipate guest needs refresh beverages and offer assistance before being asked.
- Customer Interaction: Engage in friendly conversations and build positive connections with guests.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest concerns with empathy and efficiency following Chick-fil-A standards.
- Team Collaboration: Support coworkers in front and back of house to ensure smooth operations.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Chick-fil-As values both in and outside of the restaurant.
Qualifications

- Flexible schedule including mornings evenings and Saturdays.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
