At ING we are looking for a Digital Tribe Lead

Your role and work environment:

As the Digital Tribe Leadyou delight our customers in their day-to-day interactions with ING digitalizing the customer relationship through all channels.

You define the digital vision and deliver an industry leading engaging and consistent digital customer experience. This tribe is collaborating with Human connections CoEto define the right customer engagement strategy through all channels.

You define this digital vision in collaboration with the product tribes with regards to everyday customer engagement digital sales servicing and adoption.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Digital Tribe Lead you will:

  • As a lead you develop the craftsmanship of all your team guiding and inspiring your team towards a common goal fostering collaboration and helping individuals to reach their full potential
  • Have customer onboarding responsibility.
  • Are responsible for digitalizing all customer related processes.
  • Are the owner of all the applications used in assisted channels being accountable of the delivery capacity and the priorities to digitalize the human channels tools and services.
  • Are responsible for Fincoach Aggregation Security Components and Front End Platform.
  • Support other tribes in driving sales and digitization by offering generic online tools and templates.
  • Are responsible for increasing adoption rates and frequency of use.
  • Are responsible for the design of our future platform/Go2place for financial needs.
  • Facilitate the technical setup in relation to third party offers and access from non clients.
  • Own the platform rules and you influence and inspire other tribes to move to a platform business model.
  • Are responsible for the reliability of tools and platforms.
  • Represent your area and extract best practice from other ING countries and relevant external stakeholders
  • Develop Strategic partnership with external partners to further accelerate growth
  • As a part of Tribe Leadership Team you will foster communication & alignment to contribute to a united & strong leadership team around the common goals of the tribe

Proven track record and technical skills

  • University degree
  • 510 years professional experience at management level experience/ affinity with the Digital area is a plus
  • Sound experience in building strategic roadmaps.
  • Experience in leading driving and steering multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven experience in strategic projects with high impact.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.

Como Digital Tribe Lead contribuyes a generar una experiencia excelente para clientes en sus interacciones cotidianas con ING digitalizando la relacin a travs de todos los canales.

Definirs la visin digital y ofrecers una experiencia de cliente digital lder en el sector atractiva y coherente. Esta tribu colabora con el CoE de Human Connections para definir la estrategia adecuada de engagement con los/las clientes en todos los canales.

Esta visin digital se define en colaboracin con las tribus de producto en lo relativo al engagement diario ventas digitales atencin y adopcin.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como Digital Tribe Lead:

  • Desarrollars el talento de tu equipo guindolo e inspirndolo hacia un objetivo comn fomentando la colaboracin y ayudando a cada persona a alcanzar su mximo potencial.
  • Sers responsable del onboarding de clientes.
  • Liderars la digitalizacin de todos los procesos relacionados con los/las clientes.
  • Sers responsable de todas las aplicaciones utilizadas en canales asistidos incluyendo la capacidad de entrega y las prioridades para digitalizar herramientas y servicios humanos.
  • Gestionars Fincoach Aggregation Security Components y Front End Platform.
  • Apoyars a otras tribus en la venta y digitalizacin mediante herramientas y plantillas online genricas.
  • Impulsars el aumento de la adopcin y frecuencia de uso.
  • Disears nuestra futura plataforma/Go2place para necesidades financieras.
  • Facilitars la configuracin tcnica para ofertas de terceros y acceso de personas no clientas.
  • Sers responsable de las reglas de la plataforma e influirs e inspirars a otras tribus a adoptar un modelo de negocio basado en plataforma.
  • Garantizars la fiabilidad de herramientas y plataformas.
  • Representars tu rea y extraers buenas prcticas de otros pases ING y agentes externos relevantes.
  • Desarrollars alianzas estratgicas con partners externos para acelerar el crecimiento.
  • Como parte del equipo de liderazgo de la tribu fomentars la comunicacin y alineacin para contribuir a un liderazgo fuerte y unido en torno a los objetivos comunes.

  • Entre 5 y 10 aos de experiencia profesional en puestos de gestin. Se valorar afinidad o experiencia en el rea digital.
  • Experiencia slida en la construccin de roadmaps estratgicos.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinares.
  • Experiencia demostrada en proyectos estratgicos de alto impacto.
  • Dominio del ingls tanto oral como escrito.
